A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns, activity goals, and whether Chirotactics is a good fit for you. We’ll explain our approach, visit options, and pricing, and answer your questions. This introductory call does not include an examination or treatment. We’ll call the phone number in your profile at your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations & missed visits
For paid appointments, please contact us to cancel or reschedule.
- 24 hours or more before your visit: no fee.
- Less than 24 hours before your visit: $50.
- Missed appointment or unavailable at the confirmed location: $75.
Only one cancellation or missed-visit fee applies per appointment. Free consultations are exempt. We may waive fees for illness or emergencies, and waive them if we fill your appointment. No fee applies if we cancel your visit.
